I don't expect you thought you'd hear from me again quite so soon, but we've just been away for a few days and returning this evening have discovered that Gemma has lost her beautiful new K9 collar!?!
Apparently, she decided to go a.w.o.l on Wednesday and took the young Lucy with her. Our dog-minders were frantic, but hey..... thanks to those beautiful collars a phone call ensued and they were collected safe and sound, having wandered some 4/5 miles away. The people who found them noted the number on Lucy's collar, rang and they were soon safely back home - little devils!?!?! Fortunately it's all woods, rivers, and fields around here, so no road work was involved. Thank goodness.

I searched all over the web and your company was literally the ONLY site I could find that had reflective collars with snap fasteners that are also embroidered with the name/phone number. And they're attractive and durable, too! I'm attaching pictures of Bryher in his size large collar (black reflective with dark green lettering) and Umbra wearing Bryher's size medium puppy collar (same colors). Wow ? unbelievable service!!! Thanks a lot. Our kitties have worn out their collars that we bought from you a few years ago (I think they drag them through the bushes and their food). You are the only place that supplies collars elasticated non-breakaway collars ? the break away ones are a great idea but at least one of our cats has figured out how grab the collar and yank it loose and so they only last about an hour on her!!! But of course we want collars with someway for the cats to escape from the collar if they get trapped so we need the elastic insert ones!! Thanks again and Happy Holidays.

I just received my adjustable snap dog collars in the mail. They are perfect! My mom took the collars off her two dogs because it is so cold here in the winter and the tags froze. However, the dogs have been known to sneak off for a romp once in awhile! I didn't like the idea of them running around with no identification. Embroidered collars were the best solution, now I just have to try to wait until Christmas to give them the collars!

Just wanted to let you know the collars (for ID BRACELETS) came today! Perfect fit and the name looks great. Thanks for putting the seam on the outside so it wouldn't bother him- I hadn't thought of that!! :) He's worn it for about 10 min. with rewards and has been able to generalize pointing to his name and saying it on the bracelet when we ask him what is his name already!! I am very happy to say I received Patches' collar on Friday and it fit perfectly. I was having problems finding personalized collars that were her size and would allow enough letters. Patches is a beagle and the collars were either made for large dogs or little tiny dogs. I really like the the adjustable buckle versus adjustable quick clip. When she takes off to chase something, she gives quite a pull, and quick clips sometimes snap loose. I am impressed with the quality and now I will just have to decide what other colors she needs in her collection.

What a fun website!! Now I have all kinds of ideas for colours. I think Amy should have royal blue with lime green lettering and Ocicat purple with gold lettering (the baby pink looks really pretty but we probably emasculated him enough having him neutered without making him wear pink!!).
