Guarantee

All of our products are guaranteed for one year for normal usage (sorry this guarantee does not cover chewing). Adjustable snap collars are not intended to be used as a tie out or restraint collar - the stress may cause the snap to break.

The Kitty Snag-Free Safety Collar and the Break-Away Safety Cat Collar are designed to break or fall off for your cat's safety. For this reason our guarantee does not cover the elastic breaking or if the collar is lost.

Adjustable Snap and Adjustable Buckle Collars are embroidered with the information as close to the non-adjusting end as possible. Depending on the neck size of the pet, some of the information may be covered by the adjuster. If the information is required, the adjuster may be moved and the information easily read.

We will not replace collars if the incorrect neck measurement is given at time of order or if your pet outgrows the collar. All collars are custom made for your pet as per your order specifications. As with any custom order, returns are not accepted.
