You can place orders securely online, by fax or by mail. To easily place your order by any of these methods, simply follow the steps below and at the end of the process select place order "securely on-line" or "by fax/mail"

2. Click on the type of product you would like to look at.
3. Choose the size of the product that will fit your pet (if different sizes are available).
4. Click on the colour you would like to see
   - this page will refresh with a picture of the selected colour of collar at the top of the page.
5. Select the colour for the embroidered lettering
   - as you mouse over the colours, a sample of the colour combination is shown
   - to select the colour for the lettering, click on that colour
6. The selected colour combination will be displayed at the top of the next page
   - if you would like to change the colour, click "click here" to go back to the last page.
7. Enter the information to be embroidered in the box "What would you like it to say?"
   - most common is the pet's name & phone number.
8. Click "continue"
9. Check the appropriate box: Gift Wrapping, Gift Card or No, this is not a gift.
10. Click "continue"
11. Your Shopping Cart is displayed. From here you may "continue shopping", "clear your cart" or "check out"
    - when you're finished shopping, select "check out"
12. Select shipping destination from drop down list (Canada, USA or International).
13. Enter shipping address then click "continue"
14. Enter billing address, contact phone number and email address
    - a copy of your order will be emailed to the email address entered.
15. Click "continue"
16. Select shipping option, then "continue"
17. Order Review Page: double check your order, spelling, sizes addresses
18. Submit your order:

Select Secure Credit Card:
- select if using Visa or M/C
- enter card number
- enter expiry date
- click "finalize" - a copy of your order is emailed to the email address you entered on the billing information page.
Select Fax / Mail:
- on the next page select "finalize", your order will be emailed to the address you entered on the billing information page
- Print this email and fax it to us with your Visa or M/C information to 905-854-5475

Either the Adjustable Snap Collar or the Adjustable Buckle Collar is the best choice. Both of these collars adjust and therefore grow with your puppy. Puppies usually outgrow both the Standard Buckle Collars and Small Buckle Collars.

For Adult Dogs and Cats: No, it is optional. By giving the neck size of your pet it allows for maximum visibility of the information to be embroidered. If the neck measurement is not given the embroidery will be started at the non-adjustable end. If anyone needs to see the information, the adjuster may be moved.

For Puppies and Kittens: It is not recommended to give the current neck size of your puppy or kitten. As your pet grows the information will be hidden and may not be visible when he/she is an adult. We do not recommend guessing your puppy or kitten's neck size for when it is an adult. Again it will only be a guess and if the guess is incorrect the information may be hidden and may not be visible when your pet grows to its real adult size.

The Adjustable Snap Collar is available in 4 sizes (x-small to large). It is very popular because it is easy, convenient and lighter than buckle collars. The Adjustable Snap Collars are made with high quality, contour snaps that are quick to snap on or off. These collars are not recommended to be used as a restraint collar, or as a collar for dogs that pull or are tied out.

The Adjustable Buckle Collar is available in 2 sizes (medium/small to large). It is popular because it has the strength of a buckle with the flexibility of being adjustable. The buckle attaches to a single hole in double-ply nylon making this our strongest collar.

Yes! For an additional fee a second phone number can be embroidered into your pet's new collar. This service is only available on the Adjustable Style Collars. All collars with additional information cannot be set to your pet's neck size. There is a good possibility that some of the information will be covered by the adjuster and /or hidden underneath the collar. However, the information is there and the adjuster can be moved if the information is required. The additional information is not limited to only a second phone number, it can be used if you want to use your pet's long name i.e. Captain Morgan 905-123-4567.

Yes! Buckle collars come in 2" increments with 5 or 6 holes. An accurate neck size is required so that we can select the buckle collar that will best fit your pet. We will choose the collar where the neck size is approximately in the middle hole so you can adjust the size up or down slightly. There is not much room for making buckle collars tighter or looser, therefore we do not recommend ordering this style collar for puppies.

We select our buckle collars on the neck size you give us. If you give us the length of the existing collar we may select a collar that will be too long and thus too big for your dog. This is very important. Measure your dog's neck size from it's existing Buckle Collar by measuring from the middle of the buckle to the hole that you currently use to fasten the collar, this will give the correct size.

A D-Ring is the metal ring on the collar that is shaped like the letter D. This ring is used to attach your pet's tag(s) and the leash.

Our Standard Buckle Collars have the D-Ring first for added strength. The D-Ring is reinforced with extra stitches and cannot be pulled off. There is less pressure on the buckle and less chance of the buckle coming undone. This gives a stronger, better fitting collar for your pet.

The collar goes through the D-Ring first, then does up in the buckle.

The Adjustable Snap Collar is the most popular. The Adjustable Buckle Collar is a close second.

Yes, the collars are washable. The collars may be hand washed using mild detergent and cool water. Do not use bleach or detergents with bleach. Some bright colours may fade. Some colours may run if wet (red and/or purple - depending on the dye lot).

The 3 most popular colours are:

• Red collar with Black or Navy Blue embroidery
• Black collar with Yellow or Red embroidery
• Hunter Green collar with Tan or Yellow embroidery

The Break-Away Safety Cat Collar is the most popular. The Break-Away Safety Cat Collar is designed with a special snap closure that will release with pressure for your cat's safety. It is available in either solid colours (such as Red, Royal Blue etc) or in bright Reflective.

The colour displayed on your screen may not be the exact colour of the item. The quality of your display adapter and/or monitor may distort the actual colours (both the item colours and the embroidery colours). Also, item colours can vary due to different dye lots. Orders shipped within Canada will have either GST or HST added to their order depending on the province.
GST will be charged on orders to: Alberta, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon.
HST will be charged on orders to:British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and Ontario.
